I'm Sonam Khadka. SK Digital is my practice, based in Brisbane, building websites and systems for Australian service businesses.
Most of my clients are not technical, and do not want to be. They run a cleaning business, a care service, a community club. They want a website that brings in work, that they can update themselves, and someone who answers the phone when something breaks. That is the whole job.
I have built and still support three live client sites — a registered NDIS provider operating across three states, a Brisbane cleaning company, and a community football club. You can visit all of them and judge the work yourself.
Because it is just me, you deal with the person doing the work. No account managers, nothing subcontracted offshore, and no invoice you did not agree to first.
